Havasu Air Center has several different hangar ownership options including executive hangars as well as managed group hangar facilities. Aircraft owners have the option to lease or purchase hangars for private or commercial use. There are several different size hangars available starting at 60x60 ft going as large as 80x80 ft.

Each of the hangars comes with complementary aircraft valet parking service and special fuel prices. All of the hangars have fully finished interiors including all the modern amenities such as remote controlled doors, security cameras, and even wireless internet. As a hangar owner you will be entitled to all of the FBO services including our concierge service. You also will be entitled to a special shop rate with our aircraft mechanics shop. Please call to enquire about availability as well as pricing and contract terms. We encourage those interested in leasing or purchasing a hangar to contact us immediately as there are only a few hangars left that are not under contract. Reservations for individual hangars will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to receipt of a completed Hangar Reservation Agreement and refundable deposit in the amount of $10,000.
